The opportunity: 

We're seeking an HR Manager to provide comprehensive human resources support across our corporate and fulfillment operations. This role serves a wide spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You'll support diverse teams from corporate to high-volume warehouse environments, ensuring consistent HR practices while adapting to unique business needs.

You will:

  • Employee Relations and Talent Management:
    • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations
    • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
    • Document all investigation findings and actions taken, providing guidance on performance management and disciplinary actions
    • Coach and advise managers on complex employee relations issues across multiple business units
    • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, FLSA) and conduct regular audits
    • Maintain employee records and update handbooks/policies
    • Develop and deliver compliance and HR training programs
    • Audit FLSA requirements including time-tracking and overtime compliance
  • HR Support:
    • Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
    • Support organizational change, compensation/benefits analysis, and employee engagement initiatives
    • Lead special projects related to culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience
    • Facilitate exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
    • Streamline and improve HR processes and workflows
  • Operations Support:
    • Address unique HR challenges in warehouse environments and contingent workforce management
    • Partner with Operations leadership on workforce planning and optimization 

You should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-site environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and proven experience in investigations and talent acquisition
  • Experience with high volume contingent workforce management preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities
  • High degree of Business Acumen. Able to quickly learn a business and support broader business goals with a People team lens.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification preferred

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training. 
The US base salary range for this position (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits):
$114,000$143,000 USD
