You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Sustainability, HR, Design, Sourcing, and Brand teams—alongside external partners—to build a resilient, values-driven compliance culture that ensures accountability and supports our long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Own and evolve Delta Galil’s Code of Business Conduct and other key compliance policies. Ensure consistent deployment and integration across global business units and supply chain partners.
- Design and implement robust systems to proactively identify, assess, and address labor, ethics, and regulatory compliance risks. Serve as a key advisor to leadership on corrective action and risk exposure.
- Lead company-wide training programs to embed compliance awareness and accountability. Drive engagement across all levels to foster a strong culture of ethical business practices.
- Partner with ESG, QA, Legal, HR, Sustainability, Design, and Brand teams to align on compliance objectives, supply chain initiatives, and impact reporting.
- Represent Delta Galil with NGOs, auditors, industry organizations (e.g., FLA, AAFA, SAC), and customers. Maintain accreditations and uphold external commitments through active collaboration and participation.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, audit readiness, and compliance effectiveness. Report key trends and updates to executive committees. Identify performance gaps and implement innovative solutions.
- Oversee global compliance programs, supplier onboarding, third-party audits, and stakeholder engagement. Ensure alignment with legal requirements and voluntary standards across regions.
