We are looking for a Communications Specialist / Manager to support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

! This role lasts initially until the end of 2025 with expected extension, where only a full-time employment is available as form of cooperation.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver expert guidance in a defined area of Communications.

• Act as a strategic communications partner to senior business stakeholders, co-creating and executing targeted communication strategies.

• Drive implementation of internal and external communication plans with consistency, clarity, and alignment to business goals.

• Oversee the successful rollout of communication campaigns, projects, and change initiatives.

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and Communications peers to influence and align messaging across functions. • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure operational excellence, strong ROI, and impactful outcomes.

• Leverage communication resources and channels to optimize project delivery and employee engagement.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team while supporting knowledge-sharing and capability-building across the wider Communications network.

• 5+ years of proven experience in communications, preferably in a global, cross-cultural environment.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering communication initiatives that align with business priorities.

• Expertise in creating concise, clear, and engaging messaging tailored to diverse audiences and platforms.

• Experience managing agencies and external vendors effectively.

• Ability to synthesize complex business information into compelling content.

• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across boundaries.

• Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and innovative communication channels.

• Competencies: Resilience, Operational Excellence, Project Excellence, Digital Savviness, and a passion for Continuous Learning.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
