We are seeking a high-performing Financial Systems Analyst to help drive operational scale and systems excellence across our finance technology stack. Reporting to the SVP of Strategic Finance, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing NetSuite, BillingPlatform, Navan, and related tools while supporting core finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Revenue Operations. This is an opportunity to partner cross-functionally, improve data governance, and lead the implementation of scalable, automated solutions in support of our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end integrity, quality, and governance of financial data across the firm — including ERP, CRM, payroll, billing, payables, and key transactional systems — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability for reporting, analytics, and KPI measurement.
- Act as product owner for financial data, shaping the roadmap for systems, processes, and data governance.
- Lead cross-functional projects that streamline processes and improve stakeholder experience.
- Chair the Financial Data Working Group and drive consistent, high-quality reporting.
- Champion automation and process improvement through modern technologies, reducing manual effort and enhancing team productivity.
- Serve as a key liaison with Data, Product, and Engineering teams on integration architecture and system scalability.
- Partner with Finance, IT, Sales, Legal, and HR to ensure process integration and efficiency.
- Define and implement enhancements in NetSuite and related financial systems.
- Develop SOPs and training materials for system usage and data accuracy.
- Analyze support trends and recommend automation and enablement strategies.
- Stay current on system capabilities and financial tech innovations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems, accounting, data analysis, data engineering, or financial operations.
- Strong SQL / Python skills and the ability to build queries and analyze large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), along with tools such as Navan, or BillingPlatform.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- Deep understanding of core finance and accounting processes.
- Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
