The role

Crown Metropol featuring over 650 guest rooms, offers a vibrant and contemporary experience in the heart of the city’s premier entertainment precinct.

We’re currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Housekeeper to lead the Crown Metropol Housekeeping team.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key leadership role in delivering joyful and seamless guest experiences through your genuine care and attention to detail. As well as: 

• Manage and coordinate all activities of the Housekeeping Department to achieve maximum efficiency and ensure high quality service delivery to all guests. 
• Lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ensure OHS and compliance policies are strictly adhered to.  
• Oversee administrative responsibilities including recruitment, training and development, labour management, and financial oversight.

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Previous Housekeeping Management experience in a premium hotel environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction
• Confidence in leading large teams and driving performance in a dynamic setting
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

This role requires:

• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
• A valid Victorian RSA Certificate
