Position Summary

The Infrastructure and Operations Manager is a key role within the Capital Impact Partners team responsible for overseeing the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of our IT systems, a team of technology employees, collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, and implementing solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Responsibilities

·       Overseeing all IT operations, including networks, servers, and security platforms

·       Managing IT Operations staff to ensure optimal performance and coordination with other departments

·       Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices

·       Working closely with senior management to identify opportunities for operational improvements

·       Managing vendor relationships and ensuring that service level agreements are met

·       Performing regular assessments of our technology landscape and recommending upgrades or changes

·       Implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans

·       Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in all operations

·       Conducting training sessions to improve user awareness of technology and security measures

·       Supervising budgets, processing invoices, and monitoring expenditures related to IT operations

·       Manage service desk and provide tier 2 and tier 3 support services

·       Office setup/retire processes including working with office administration staff, Internet vendors, wiring vendors, scheduling, and desk setup

·       Technology asset management practices including hardware inventory, software, and processes

·       Manage corporate or divisional goals as assigned

·       Provide metrics and/or KPIs on infrastructure and operations processes

·       Oversight of business systems such as: Azure Cloud, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Zoom, TeamViewer, ESET, and other systems to support the organization

·       Document, update and manage standard operating procedures

·       Mentor other members of the Information Technology Team

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT management and operations

·       Minimum of 8 years of experience managing other technology employees  

·       Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with managing and implementation of Azure cloud infrastructure, network security, and IT governance

·       Experience in managing hybrid/remote environments

·       Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization

·       Previous experience managing a team in a technology-driven environment

·       Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management.

·       Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices and issue resolution

·       Familiarity with Meraki networks

The salary range for this position is $127,871 -$160,000 and is eligible for an annual incentive.

 

This role is eligible to work remotely.
