Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic recruiter- looking for a great company!

This is a Remote position that needs to reside within North Carolina or Virginia.

As a member of our Community Engagement Recruiting Team, you will play a critical role in leading the recruitment efforts in both our established and emerging markets. Using good judgment and leveraging company best practices, you will build and manage community relationships, organize and attend recruiting events as well as, managing high-volume recruitment requests for assigned locations. The ability to efficiently interact with community partners, prospective candidates, applicants and hiring leaders in a fast-paced changing environment, sometimes under pressure with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Meet full cycle recruitment needs for assigned facilities
  • Regularly source candidates through field recruiting efforts
  • Build and manage Community Partner relationships
  • Collaborate on development of quarterly Community Partner newsletter
  • Achieve and strive to surpass Key Metrics
  • Create and manage Community Engagement calendar and partner database
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing candidate interviews
  • Build and manage candidate relationships
  • Collaborate and strategize with TA Leadership, HRBP and field leaders to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Provide ongoing market insights within your assigned geographical regions to TA Leadership
  • Maintain relevant data and records
  • Professionally and accurately report expenses
  • Participate in special recruitment initiatives as well as complete any other relevant tasks as assigned by TA Leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 2 - 5 years high volume / field recruitment experience or related experience
  • 1+ years of Relationship or Account Management
  • Some college preferred 
  • Ability to sustain high energy level 
  • Flexible Schedule

Travel and Time Allocation

  • Travel 45% (Includes overnight and consecutive days via car and flight)
  • High-Volume Recruiting 25%
  • Office Hours 30%

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary +7% AIP Bonus
