Every day, hundreds of millions of Apple customers around the world interact with our products. We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences. The Digital Media Performance and AdTech Specialist, leads our paid performance programs across search and Amazon. They are responsible for leading our global media agency in developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search and Amazon media campaigns to drive measurable results. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of paid media strategies within our greater campaign goals.

Description


As our digital performance specialist, you will build upon our current performance media approach, testing aggressively and explore new ad tech opportunities. You will also ensure results and learnings are paid forward and socialized to all cross functional partners. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Managing a multimillion dollar budget, optimizing media spend to achieve constant improvements in campaign goals. - Owning the learning agenda, that includes creative and incrementally tests spanning multiple countries and lines of business - Building a strong partnership with our global media agency sharing in the opportunity to be creative and effective. - Staying ahead of new ad tech and search platforms, behaviors as our media landscape continues to quickly evolve. - Identifying insights and performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and drive strategic decision-making - Briefing and supporting our media teams globally in their efforts to implement or replication their local campaigns.

Minimum Qualifications


At least 10 years of experience in media advertising plus familiarity with retail or e-commerce media Experience in initiating, briefing and executing, effective performance campaigns specifically across search and amazon Deep understanding of digital ad tech, keyword and bid strategies across various ad platforms Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure innovative media strategies Experience managing large media budgets and negotiating and securing favorable media placements that align with business objectives Experience in developing, managing and analyzing online promotion campaigns

Preferred Qualifications


Proven experience in implementing A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, audiences or platforms, improving conversion or engagement rates Experience in audience and media planning with extensive knowledge in performance media analytics Ability to move between broad strategic alignment to deep specific approaches depending on the audience Provide thought leadership in emerging ad technology International media planning or buying experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence using data Entrepreneurial, with the ability to thrive in demanding situations with minimum supervision Comfort in a creative environment or organization
