About the role:
As a partner and demand generation marketer, this role will work within our payroll/HCM partner network to develop and execute partner programs that create new opportunities within their client base and drive awareness of the ZayZoon solution. Responsible for building strategies for various marketing channels, this candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to generate demand, establish awareness and credibility, drive revenue, and achieve growth objectives.
Your impact:
Establish relationships with our Payroll/HCM/Integration partner network to maintain mindshare and grow the client base
Develop engaging programs leveraging our partners to drive new opportunities throughout our buyer’s journey
Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of partnership programs to maximize revenue through our joint relationships
Partner with sales, account management, and product to build campaigns and programs to create demand and drive awareness both internally with our partners and with their clients for new opportunities
Correspond effectively with partners by developing an effective communications framework to keep them informed of new product features, promotions, industry news, and the latest resources available
Report and analyze program performance, including tracking KPIs from events, partner webinars, or other partner-driven leads throughout the sales pipeline
Utilize email marketing, newsletters, and personalized campaigns with customer programs to drive ongoing engagement and client awareness
Collaborate with partners to create quarterly marketing plans that support growth and new initiatives
Act as the conduit between our partner relationships and the marketing team
You bring:
Partner marketing experience:
In-depth understanding of partner marketing practices and current trends.
Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities within the channel.
Previous experience working within the Payroll, HR or PEO space would be ideal
Both strategic vision and tactical execution:Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies aligned with overall
business objectives.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and execute
Relationship Management:Proven experience in cultivating and maintaining successful partnerships with external
organizations.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and
external partners.
Tool Proficiency:Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems - ideally Hubspot
Ability to leverage technology to streamline marketing processes and track performance
metrics.
Data-Driven Decision-Making:Proficient in leveraging data analytics tools to analyze performance metrics and optimize
marketing strategies.
Ability to make informed decisions based on data insights to drive business results.
Results Orientation:Proven track record of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and
marketing goals.
Strong focus on delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.
Project Management:Effective project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and
meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
