LiDAR Data Technician (Junior/Entry Level Welcome)

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and «all-things-digital» solutions, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented LiDAR Data Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with CAD files and an interest in geospatial technologies. Experience with LiDAR, MicroStation, or TerraScan is a plus — but not mandatory. We will provide training and mentoring to help you grow in this role.

What You’ll Do

• Process LiDAR point clouds using TerraScan and MicroStation
• Perform 2D and 3D feature extraction and vectorization
• Interpret spatial and geospatial data with a focus on accuracy
• Conduct quality control checks and implement corrections
• Follow documentation and workflows provided in English
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and project standards

• Experience working with CAD files (required)
• Basic understanding of GIS and coordinate systems
• Ability to read and understand English-language instructions and documentation
• Familiarity with or interest in LiDAR technology and point cloud data
• Bonus: experience with MicroStation and TerraScan (even at basic level)
• Bonus: degree or courses in GIS, geodesy, cartography, or related fields
