Job Purpose: The Outsourcing Production Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating production performed by external outsourcing partners, and collaborates closely with suppliers, internal logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products according to business requirements.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

The job holder:

• Develops and manages production schedules for external partners.
• Monitors production progress and resolves deviations or delays.
• Coordinates with Procurement to ensure raw material availability for external producers.
• Ensures compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
• Analyzes production data and proposes cost and time optimization measures.
• Maintains communication with external partners to achieve production goals.
• Participates in projects aimed at improving the supply chain and production efficiency.

• BSc Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in production planning, preferably in managing subfactors
• Good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments.
