Full-Stack Developer (onsite in Andover)

 Zwicker is presently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team onsite in Andover. 

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000 per year.

Responsibilities include

• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system requirements and issues.
• Document and communicate system changes, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in both RPG and automation.

RPG Programming:

• Develop, test, and implement RPG programs for various business requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing RPG code to support ongoing system needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document and provide support for RPG-related processes and systems.

System Automation:

• Maintain and update websites developed using React and VueJS.
• Develop, support, and enhance tools written in Java, Groovy, Python, and PowerShell.
• Manage and query databases on SQL Server.
• Work with third-party software such as Quadient, Astera, and others.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions for system processes and workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated systems and ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in programming, with a strong willingness to learn RPG.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as React and VueJS.
• Experience with Java, Groovy, Python, and PowerShell.
• Experience with SQL Server database management and querying.
• Flexibility to work with various third-party software solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira for project management and issue tracking is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with specific third-party tools such as Quadient, Astera.
• Knowledge of additional automation tools or platforms.
• Understanding of system integration and data exchange technologies.

• Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
• Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
• Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing

• Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
