Job Title: Client Services Analyst
Department: US Data Products – Client Services
Location: United States (Remote or Hybrid, depending on location)
YouGov is looking for a curious, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Services Analyst to join our Data Products Client Services team. In this role, you’ll help bring YouGov’s syndicated products—BrandIndex, CategoryView, and Profiles—to life for our clients, using data and storytelling to answer key business questions. Whether guiding users through onboarding, building impactful reports, or uncovering insights from data, you’ll be an essential part of the client journey.
This is an entry-level position perfect for someone with a sharp analytical mind, a love of learning, and an interest in marketing, analytics, or market research.

The Data Products Client Services team ensures clients get real value from YouGov’s world-class brand tracking and audience profiling tools. Our work goes beyond dashboards—we connect the dots between data and decision-making. With clients ranging from Fortune 100 brands to fast-growing disruptors in sectors like Retail, Tech, Finance, Food, Media, and more, we play a strategic role in answering high-impact questions:
- How is my brand performing over time?
- Who is my ideal customer?
- Is my campaign moving the needle?
- What drives awareness or purchase?
We partner with internal teams and clients alike to ensure a seamless, insightful experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Client Services Analyst, you will:
1. Become a Product Expert
- Learn the ins and outs of YouGov’s data tools and platforms
- Translate product knowledge into simple, useful guidance for clients
2. Support & Train Clients
- Lead onboarding sessions and training for new and existing users
- Help clients understand how to extract value from YouGov’s data
3. Deliver Insights & Reports
- Build and deliver recurring insights reports (e.g., brand health, audience profiling, market sizing)
- Analyze YouGov data to answer ad hoc business questions and provide actionable recommendations
4. Tell Clear, Compelling Stories
- Present findings and visualizations that connect data with strategic business goals
- Help clients see the “so what” behind the numbers
5. Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with sales, product, and research colleagues to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

You’re not expected to know everything on day one—but you bring the right mindset and foundation. You might be a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to jump into the world of data, insights, and client strategy.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (fields like Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Business, or Analytics are a plus)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Great attention to detail and time management
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and solve problems with data
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience analyzing data or telling stories with data (school projects, internships, or previous roles)
- Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working directly with clients or on client-facing projects

For roles based in California, New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $67,200.00 - $76,000.00
Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits. All US based full time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
