We're building an HR function with a truly international mindset, and we're looking for a talented HR Generalist to support our Polish region. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of our HR operations during an exciting time of growth and transformation.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in both regional and international HR initiatives, acting as a strategic partner and hands-on practitioner. As part of our HR team, you'll deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable HR support across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll work closely with regional leadership to address HR matters and drive meaningful solutions.

We’re looking for someone who combines an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, and who can interpret data to uncover trends and inform decision-making.

Location: The role will be based hybrid in the Polish Region of either Poznań OR Kraków.

This position offers significant potential for growth, and in it, you will:

  • Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
  • Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support payroll processing in coordination with payroll vendors in Poland 
  • Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
  • Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.). 
  • Support M&A initiatives and assist with integrations.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
  • Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Monitor, review and update HR policies.
  • Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment process as needed.
  • Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems. 
  • A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach
  • Passion for people, culture, and process improvement
