What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for Epicor-related initiatives.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in business processes.
• Gathering and documenting business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Recommending and implementing improvements or automation where possible.
• Developing and maintaining BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, Reports, and User Interface customizations.
• Identifying and troubleshooting system issues.
• Coordinating and participating in Epicor upgrades, testing, and training activities.
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
• Providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Assisting with integrations between Epicor and third-party systems or tools.
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• College diploma or university degree in the field of management information systems, computer information systems, computer science or related field plus 6 years related work experience. (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience with Epicor ERP
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance
• Proficient in Epicor tools: BAQ, BPM, SSRS and Dashboards
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic, cloud (preferred)
• Knowledge of Epicor Automation Studio, REST API, or Service Connect (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in project management (preferred)
