SUMMARY

The Sr. Tech Enablement Program Manager is vital in our quest to arm our technical pre- and post-sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and magic they need to succeed. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technical Enablement, this role will focus primarily on one of the most magical moments that matters - new hire onboarding. Using their cross-functional visibility, they will also support key strategic projects to help accelerate our whole team towards our goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Program Development: Own and continuously improve our Wiz Technical Onboarding program, new hire Tech Mentorship program, and other strategic initiatives as they arise
  • Program Execution: Administration of the Wiz Technical onboarding program, including communications, asset distribution, facilitation, and regular travel for in-person onboarding events
  • Content Evolution: Collaborate with your peers, our LXD team, and our field SMEs to curate, refine, and create accurate, timely materials that propel our technical team members to success
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross functional onboarding teams and role leaders to ensure a seamless, effective onboarding experience for all of our newest technical Wizards
  • Measurement & Impact: Measure the effectiveness of our onboarding program and take action on trends in feedback and data to ensure a top-notch onboarding experience for our new hires that delivers highly impactful new team members 
  • Cross-functional Projects: lead cross functional initiatives to improve product knowledge, process adherence, or skill development across the organization as needed and identified

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5+ years proven experience in technical enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced, high-tech environment
  • Strong attention to detail, with proven experience managing multiple projects across multiple different timelines 
  • Strong understanding of the unique needs of technical audiences 
  • Exceptional communication and content creation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear, concise training materials
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for education and a track record of developing impactful learning and development programs

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
