Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Search Engine Optimization Manager to lead and manage SEO strategies across multiple client accounts. This role requires a strong mix of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
What Will You Do?
- Own and lead SEO strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
- Conduct high-level SEO audits and delegate implementation tasks to SEO Specialists and other team members.
- Oversee and refine keyword strategies, on-page optimization plans, and backlink profiles.
- Collaborate with the content team to guide SEO-focused content strategy, ensure copy quality, and identify opportunities to grow rankings and conversions.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools; deliver actionable insights and monthly reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented site-wide.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager.
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Deep understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
- Google Analytics Certified.
- Proficient in industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Very high attention to detail.
Work Timings:
- 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday-Friday).
