To help us find top-tier talent for our sales and outreach teams, we’re seeking a Sales Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
As a Sales Recruiter at WelbeHealth, you’ll be a key partner to our Outreach and Enrollment teams. You’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact sales roles across multiple markets, ensuring we hire mission-aligned, results-driven team members who will help us expand access to care for vulnerable seniors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of sales and outreach roles within WelbeHealth’s markets
- Partnering with hiring managers and market leadership to understand role requirements, market dynamic, and build effective full life cycle sales recruitment strategies
- Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, focusing on motivation, past sales performance, competitive drive, and cultural alignment
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of sales talent, with a focus on candidates who excel in quota-driven environments and understand the nuance of consultative selling
- Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing tools, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Tracking and managing candidate communication and interview process using our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects WelbeHealth’s values
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Three (3) to five (5) years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or high-volume environments
- Strong track record placing field-based and remote sales hires at volume across multiple geographies
- Expertise in behavioral-based interviewing and assessing sales potential, performance history, and territory management
- Proven success sourcing and placing sales talent who thrive in quota-driven roles
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field, preferred
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred), sourcing tools, and sales-focused recruiting platforms
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and candidates

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
