Key Responsibilities

• Design & Build:
  Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant software applications.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with designers, stakeholders, and fellow developers to craft user-centric solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership:
  Own the full delivery lifecycle – from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Client Engagement:
  Participate in client conversations to align technical decisions with business objectives.
• Clean Coding:
  Write clean, testable, maintainable code, balancing best practices with delivery needs.
• Lean Development:
  Rapidly build prototypes, MVPs, and production systems in agile, lean cycles.
• Knowledge Sharing:
  Contribute to internal learning sessions and represent the team at external tech conferences.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience in building distributed systems and managing production-grade projects.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React/Redux.
• Experience with dynamic backend languages (e.g., Ruby with Rails, Python with Django/Flask, PHP with Laravel).
• Familiarity with statically typed languages such as Java, Go, C++, or Rust.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL); ability to optimize queries and interpret query plans.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Parcel, Rollup, or esbuild.
• Working knowledge of Linux, SSH, and basic server administration.
• Exposure to Docker and, preferably, Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities.
