We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager – B2C to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle of our consumer-facing offerings, from ideation to execution and continuous improvement. You will play a critical role in shaping product vision, driving user adoption, and delivering growth in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate is passionate about building exceptional B2C products, understands customer behavior deeply, and can translate insights into tangible product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the product roadmap for B2C products – define and prioritize features, enhancements, and go-to-market plans based on business goals and user needs.
- Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to ship high-quality products on time and with high impact.
- Customer Focus: Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance data to identify new opportunities and improve existing offerings.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives. Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements and user stories.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept and development to launch, performance tracking, iteration, and end-of-life.
- Product Growth: Define KPIs, track performance, and execute strategies to improve product engagement, retention, and revenue. Identify and test growth levers across the product funnel.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to ensure product-market fit and consistent user experience.
- Product Vision: Maintain a clear long-term vision for the product and evangelize it across teams to align everyone toward a common goal.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 11 years of experience in B2C product management or similar roles in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Proven experience in owning and scaling B2C products with measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and MVP thinking.
- Demonstrated ability in product road mapping and feature prioritization based on data, user feedback, and business needs.
- Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management and iterative product delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
- Experience working on product growth strategies, including acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
