CircleSpey is looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced manager who can get the best from their employees through respect, kindness, direct communication, and accountability. The Roaming Assistant General Manager's responsibilities include ensuring efficient restaurant operation while maintaining cost controls, quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. This position will be trained across all locations within our company and will have a dynamic schedule based on the needs of the restaurants. Our ideal candidate would have experience managing a high-volume restaurant and have a genuine passion for hospitality.


Salary Range and Benefits

  • Salary is $80,000.
  • Quarterly Bonus plan.
  • 10 days (prorated) PTO awarded after three months, as well as the first of every year.
  • 5 additional PTO days - Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July or observed.
  • Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 2-month lookback period.
    • Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage.
    • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
    • Fringe benefit provided to offset the other 50%.
  • Employee Assistance Program provided upon hire at no cost to employee.
  • 50% Employee discount provided, for up to three additional guests if dining with you.
  • Meals provided.
