We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in the Power & Utilities sector, both within India and internationally, to drive digital transformation and lead strategic initiatives for smart utility clients. This role requires 12–15 years of industry and consulting experience, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies and enterprise-level transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the power and utilities industry in India.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives involving smart grids, IoT, AI, blockchain, and other emerging technologies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive technology and digital strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory frameworks.
  • Manage large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Guide project teams in data analysis, strategic insight generation, and solution design.
  • Monitor and assess industry trends, policy changes, and technological advancements to advise clients effectively.
  • Provide thought leadership through white papers, industry insights, and speaking engagements.
  • Identify and lead business development efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Mentor and nurture junior consultants, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive internal capability building by facilitating training and professional development programs.
  • Lead client workshops, executive briefings, and presentations with clarity and impact.
  • Communicate complex technical solutions and strategic recommendations effectively to senior business and technical stakeholders.

Desired Experience:

Proven experience in implementation or program management of at least three or more of the following systems is highly desirable:

  2. Customer Information System (CIS)
  3. Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
  4. Geographic Information System (GIS)
  5. Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI)
  6. Outage Management System (OMS)
  7. Energy Management System (EMS)
  8. Asset Management System (AMS)
  9. Workforce Management System (WMS)
  10. Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 12–15 years of experience in the power and utilities domain, with significant exposure to digital and enterprise transformation.
  • Strong leadership, consulting, and client relationship management capabilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
