Virtual Assistant - Media Buyer

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in media buying and Meta Ads to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Manage and optimize large-scale Facebook Ad campaigns across 25–35 client accounts.
• Allocate budgets strategically to align with each client’s goals and ROI targets.
• Monitor campaign performance regularly, making real-time adjustments as needed.
• Implement custom Facebook Ads strategies tailored to individual client objectives.
• Apply industry best practices to ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Provide clear performance reports and updates to internal teams or clients.

• Proven track record managing high-performing Facebook Ad campaigns.
• Deep understanding of campaign structure, targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
• Comfortable juggling a high volume of accounts (25–35) without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills — you’re prompt, clear, and proactive.
• Highly organized, self-reliant, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid ad management skills — training will cover internal processes only, not ad fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Go High Level) is a plus, but not mandatory.
