We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven, and highly collaborative Amazon.com Corporate Account Manager to lead and scale our strategic partnership with Amazon. This person will be responsible for managing our Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) business across multiple categories, with full P&L ownership. You’ll develop and execute growth strategies, optimize digital shelf performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive profitable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon Retail and internal stakeholders regarding the Amazon 1P business.
- Own and manage the full Amazon P&L; drive sales, forecast accuracy, trade spend effectiveness, margin management, and product listings.
- Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Amazon; align on targets, growth levers, and innovation launches.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales performance using retail analytics tools to identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage content optimization across product listings to ensure brand consistency and conversion excellence.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to maintain high in-stock rates and efficient inventory management.
- Develop, execute and measure performance of Amazon Advertising campaigns (Amazon Marketing, DSP, Sponsored Ads, etc).
- Lead item setup, promotions, and chargeback resolution in partnership with internal support teams.
- Stay up to date with Amazon platform changes, policies, and category best practices.
- Actively engage in learning and measurement of new business opportunities to drive incremental growth.
- Lead negotiations with Amazon on pricing, programs, etc. to ensure mutual growth and success.
Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of Amazon account management experience
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising.
- Proven track record of driving growth, negotiating terms, and managing complex accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $147,840.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Company Information
