Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Encouraging members to take advantage of our diverse fitness offerings and inspiring team members to do the same.
  • Building and leading a high-performing membership team aligned with company initiatives.
  • Ensuring project and department milestones are met within approved budgets.
  • Enforcing club rules and policies while promoting proper procedures.
  • Providing feedback to the General Manager on performance gaps and making hiring recommendations.
  • Managing personal training sales generation and monitoring key metrics.
  • Training staff to generate leads and new business.
  • Conducting regular meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer guidance.
  • Serving as manager-on-duty as needed to resolve member concerns.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in personal training techniques and sales.
  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification and National Certification as a Personal Trainer.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • 5-10 years of multi-unit management experience in sales-driven environments.
  • Proven track record of translating strategy into actionable initiatives that drive results.
  • Willingness to travel between club locations.
  • Fitness Certification from a recognized authority.
  • Preferred BA or BS degree, particularly in a sales-related field.
  • Bilingual Preferred 

Compensation

: $70,000.00 per year
