Sales Manager
Job Description
Waste Connections is looking for a Sales Manager in Colorado Springs, CO! In this role you will supervise a team of Sales Representatives and Administrators on all aspects of customer service including pro-active retention, pricing & service integrity, managing books of business, maintaining & managing their loss budget and negotiating service agreements.
Anticipated Compensation: $115,000 -145,000
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that the sales programs are being implemented
Develop, motivate, and manage sales staff
Manage the district's pricing quality and margin enhancement
Manage the sales costs of the district
Ensure that the monthly budget is met
Prepare bids, sales reports and track revenues
Interact with customers and regulatory agencies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Waste industry experience preferred
3+ years sales experience
Previous Sales Management experience preferred
Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills
