Job Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand KPIs and come up with a measurement plan
- Partner with Engineering, Product and Marketing teams to ensure metrics are appropriately defined, implemented, and tested across our digital assets
- Design, build, and maintain key periodic reports, dashboards and analyses utilizing Hadoop, Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics), R, Python, Tableau and other reporting and visualization tools
- Develop best practices and approaches to answer ad hoc questions on online user behavior, customer journeys, engagement, conversion data and multi-channel attribution
- Assist various testing and optimization efforts by performing in-depth and ad-hoc analysis of information from multiple data sources (web analytics data, marketing data, newsletter data, subscription data, alternate platforms as well as external data) to assist data informed decision making at all levels
- Prepare and present reports, analysis and presentations to various stakeholders including executives
Requirements:
Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business analytics, mathematics, or a related technical discipline or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Analyst-related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
(1.) Relational databases, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
(2.) Web Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
(3.) Scripting language such as R or Python to manipulate and explore large data sets
(4.) Data visualization tools like Tableau, R Shiny, or d3

The salary range for this posting is: $82,680 - $136,000/year
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
