The Analyst of Content Management plays a critical role in supporting the execution and optimization of digital menu and promotional content across the Popeyes mobile app, website, and in-store digital experiences. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, IT, Operations, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and brand-consistent content publication that enhances the guest experience and drives business results.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage content updates across digital platforms (app, kiosk, web, and POS integrations), including menu items, pricing, imagery, copy, and promotional offers.
- Act as the liaison between brand marketing, product teams, and technical vendors to coordinate and QA menu and promotional launches.
- Interpret and implement content configuration within CMS and POS systems (e.g., Oracle Simphony, CMS tools).
- Monitor and troubleshoot content issues in production environments; resolve discrepancies and escalate bugs as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and enforce standards for content accuracy, taxonomy, metadata, and branding.
- Lead documentation of processes, launches, templates, guides, and workflows related to menu and content deployment.
- Support test and rollout planning for new product introductions, feature enhancements, and localized campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility, legal, and brand guidelines across all digital content.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or related work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in digital content management, preferably in QSR, retail, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), POS systems, and third-party ordering platforms
- Experience with structured data, product hierarchies, and digital menu architecture
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics)
- Experience working in a franchise or multi-unit environment
- Basic knowledge of SQL or JSON for troubleshooting content feeds (Postman)
- Understanding of mobile app UX/UI principles and localization
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com)
