Lead implementation projects for our learning technology, from new feature implementation to major system integrations.
Manage the day-to-day operations and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS), mobile learning app and other core learning platforms.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams (IT, Instructional Design) to ensure our technology ecosystem is integrated and effective.
Translate our digital learning strategy into actionable technical requirements and project plans.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of learning technology projects, from planning to successful launch.
Deep, hands-on expertise in administering and optimizing enterprise-level Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP).
A proven ability to translate strategic learning goals into concrete technical solutions and operational processes.
Experience managing complex vendor relationships and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Proven experience in managing complex technology implementation projects from initiation to completion in a corporate or organizational setting. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), and other relevant learning technologies from an administrative and implementation perspective.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, and how technology supports their application.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to translate strategic directives into actionable implementation plans.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementation priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
