Team
Our Growth team is a transversal entity aiming to maximize and deliver the potential of any mobile product. It combines user acquisition, creative content production, monetization, and the tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits. With over 150 experts, we operate at the forefront of mobile marketing and ad tech across various types of games (hypercasual, hybrid, 100% IAP).
Role
Manage a team of several user acquisition managers: helping them grow, recruiting top players and letting go underperformers
Define the launch and post-launch user acquisition strategy of your team’s portfolio, and ensure a zero-defect execution
Manage UA campaigns, forecast and analyze their performance, identify the most relevant signals, and increase the ROAS of our games
Working closely with studios, product teams, data teams, creative teams and our marketing partners to adapt our growth strategy to changing needs
Use our suite of internal growth tools and interface with our Tech team to continuously improve them
Sharing your UA expertise and best practices with other teams to keep our organization at the forefront of growth and innovation
Lead transversal projects, define and coordinate deployment of innovative growth tactics across your team’s portfolio
Profile
You have at least 6 years of experience in mobile gaming & performance marketing / UA, with proven impact on the scale of mobile products
You have a track record of managing several people in a team
You are an expert in paid acquisition: you are intimately familiar with UA platforms (Facebook Ads, Applovin, AdMob, Tiktok, DSPs, etc.), MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.), new channels, the latest ad tech developments, etc.
You are structured and data-driven, and can leverage creativity to solve problemsYou are well-versed with experimentation methodologies and processes
You have entrepreneurial mindset and can adapt to a high-paced environment
You can demonstrate excellent teamwork, communication and collaboration skills
You have advanced knowledge of excel & experience of statistical analysis tools
You are fluent in English (fluency in French is a plus)
