College Relations & Campus Recruiter
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, and relationship driven College Relations & Campus Recruiter to support the Human Resources functions for Voloridge Investment Management and Voloridge Health. This high-impact role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting and engaging early-career talent through strategic campus outreach, robust internship program management, and targeted employer branding initiatives. The recruiter will focus on building strong pipelines of top-tier candidates across a range of technology disciplines, including Data Analysts, Engineers and Architects, IT Administrators, Back Office professionals, and Software Engineers. The ideal candidate is passionate about cultivating meaningful relationships with students, university partners, and internal stakeholders, while serving as a brand ambassador for the firm. The individual will own and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process. In close collaboration with hiring managers, they will align early talent strategies with evolving business goals and objectives, ensuring we continue to attract and retain the brightest minds in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus & Early Talent Engagement
- Plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruitment efforts, including attending career fairs, info sessions, tech talks, and networking events
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to promote Voloridge’s internship and early career opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for campus partners and student candidates
Internship Program Support
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the Summer Internship Program and all off-cycle internships including onboarding, training, events, evaluations, and offboarding
- Partner with hiring managers, project leads, and buddies to ensure a smooth and meaningful intern experience
- Track intern performance, gather feedback, and assist in post-program hiring decisions
Employer Branding
- Represent Voloridge as a brand ambassador to students and campus partners, showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities
- Contribute to the creation of engaging recruitment materials, social media content, and event collateral to elevate our presence on campus
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support
- Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates for various roles across the company
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to support hiring needs
- Leverage technology, including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Fetcher, and ATS platforms, to streamline candidate sourcing and recruitment workflows
Candidate & Hiring Manager Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback
Recruitment Process & Employer Branding
- Help improve recruitment processes by organizing documentation and streamlining workflows
- Stay current with industry-standard technical assessment platforms to continuously improve technical screening processes and candidate quality
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate data
- Support college recruiting efforts and company participation in career fairs
- Represent Voloridge as an employer brand ambassador to potential candidates
Compliance & Industry Awareness
- Maintain awareness of best practices in recruitment and hiring trends
- Ensure hiring processes comply with employment regulations
- Assist in tracking and reporting hiring metrics to support decision-making
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or professional services
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Fetcher, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience administering technical assessment platforms (HackerEarth)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work on-site in the Jupiter, Florida office
Preferred Skills and Previous Experience:
- Experience managing high-volume hiring
- Strong negotiation skills to support offer management and candidate engagement
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in an entrepreneurial and data-driven environment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and workforce planning strategies
