Our engineering expertise is driving advancements in automotive safety, aerospace design, medical equipment, and consumer products.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team on-site in Wendell, NC.


In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our trade compliance efforts with the following:

  • Develop and implement global trade compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with international regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, ECCN, dual-use, and local laws).
  • Perform restricted and denied party screenings, conduct due diligence, and document findings within regulatory timelines.
  • Provide daily guidance and training to cross-functional teams on export documentation, licensing requirements, and compliance best practices.
  • Conduct internal audits, support external government inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of findings and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support accurate HTS/ECCN product classification and assist in leveraging trade programs such as free trade agreements and duty drawback to reduce tariff exposure.
  • Monitor global trade regulation updates and communicate key changes and compliance implications to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.

7 or more years in global trade or export compliance, ideally within manufacturing or technology sectors.

US Licensed Customs Broker (LCB), Certified Export Specialist, or CUSECO.

Solid understanding of international trade regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR, dual-use).

Familiarity with compliance tools such as SAP GTS or Amber Road.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams globally.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adhere to deadlines and maintain meticulous records.

Multilingual abilities are a plus.
