Job Description
Visa is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for the Innovation team within the Product, Money Movement Solutions team. This role is based in Miami & reports to the Senior Director of Innovation. Work experience with cryptocurrencies and/or foreign exchange is required. The individual plays a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies and processes that drive efficiency and growth, including identifying and prioritizing ideas, discovery, inception, implementation, and product launch.
This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders from technology, product, operations, legal, and compliance, with key relationships in London and San Francisco.
Ideal candidates have robust product management and technical experience, cross-functional team leadership, and excellent skills in communication, business analysis, problem-solving, coordination, and change management. A customer-first mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Actively research the latest developments, emerging technologies, and trends in the payment industry.
Identify opportunities and their application within money movement, including crypto, stablecoins, blockchain, digital identity, AI etc.
Propose innovative ideas aligned with business objectives and demonstrate the ability to defend your decisions with well-reasoned arguments, data analysis, and market research.
Collaborate with business, product, and technology experts to define requirements, mitigate risks, and create estimates.
Create detailed briefs and product requirements that clearly articulate the value to the business.
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, including technical collaboration, timely and accurate status updates to stakeholders, and proactive identification of potential risks and issues.
Produce clear findings on experiments and proof of concepts with recommendations for implementation, required considerations, and next steps.
Build relationships with key stakeholders based in London and San Francisco.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience across cryptocurrency, blockchain, and stablecoins and/or foreign exchange required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with APIs – the ability to discuss and understand architecture specifications with technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on developing product strategies and articulating progress and recommendations.
- Proven self-starter unafraid to get into the details, and work with ambiguity or frequent change.
- Bridge cross-functional perspectives to drive consensus-based, executable solutions.
- Expert at creating jargon-free explanations/documentation of intricate business and technical solutions.
- Expertise in global product development, end-to-end product lifecycle management, stakeholder relationship management, data analysis and validation, product testing, and developing go-to-market and pricing strategy.
- Strong networking and persuasive presentation skills.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 135,200.00 to 196,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
