    Summary:

    The Director role on the Global Multiple Myeloma team will support launch strategy and readiness. They will be a member of the Global Multiple Myeloma and Hematology team focused on preparing critical for the organization global launches and commercialization strategy for the CELMoD agents and will closely collaborate with the cross-functional matrix and regional partners to deliver on two indications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the commercial point for submission, GPS and extended Global Product Team, providing critical commercial insights, input and shaping the product strategy, label optimization, and clinical development / life cycle plans
    • Identify and analyze market trends. Apply deep market and competitive insights to define growth opportunities and ensure competitive readiness and differentiating strategies
    • Drive global Launch Readiness efforts to ensure successful preparation of essential disease state and promotional deliverables for Mezigdomide, including clear positioning and differentiation, priority patient segments, key communication narratives, message architecture and platforms, and other launch-critical activities
    • Collaborate with core markets to ensure optimal opportunity assessments and resource allocation requests as part of CSRE process, to support successful launch readiness and commercialization / go-to-market strategies
    • Lead foundational strategic brand deliverables for Mezigdomide, including Unified Brand Plan (UBP), Unified Strategic Plan (USP), and Brand Book / Brand Guidelines
    • Ensure strong collaboration and alignment of overall strategy with Iberdomide team, Disease Strategy Team and Cell Therapy
    • Engage with key opinion leaders, establish strong partnerships, and ensure pull-through of appropriate customer feedback and customer-centric thinking in strategic plans
    • Manage agency/vendor partnerships
    • Oversee budget for marketing and extended commercial team functions

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8 years industry experience and marketing/equivalent experience. BA/BS required; MBA/graduate degree preferred.
    • Experience in oncology/hematology space preferred; launch experience preferred  
    • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, adept with business analytics & forecasting
    • Demonstrated experience in leading strategically and fostering cross-functional collaboration
    • Experience in mobilizing and influencing within matrix environment
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to drive and deliver on key priorities effectively and efficiently
    • Agility to flex based on needs of the markets and the brand

    The starting compensation for this job is a range from [copy/paste hiring guidelines $200,000-$244,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).

    The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. 

    Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
