Job Description

Essential Functions:
- Greet and assist customers
- Assist real estate agents and broker as needed (with equipment, contracts, listing agreements, leases, etc.)
- Input our exclusive listings into Multiple Listing System (MLS)
- Process price and other changes in MLS Systems
- Manage listing files
- Print brochures
- Update window displays with new listings, expired listings, price changes, and sold listings
- Answer all incoming calls and direct to correct recipient
- Maintain reception area and conference room
- Onboarding new agents
- Managing the floor duty calendar
- Submitting broker tours and open houses to the MLS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in all of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook)
- Real Estate knowledge is a must
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain a professional composure at all times
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- High School Degree required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Minimum 2 years real estate experience
