What will you do:

Develop product strategy and roadmap: 20%
Stakeholder management and collaboration with other teams: 20%
User research, data analysis and customer feedback: 20%
Product development and execution: 30%
Product launch and go-to-market: 10%

As a Product Manager, you are the bridge between our technology and our customers' needs. You work closely with our platform team, customer success, and customers to create a product that not only meets current market needs but also anticipates future trends.

Your main responsibilities include defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility. You are responsible for prioritizing features and managing the product backlog, as well as conducting market research and user analyses. A crucial skill is translating customer/industry problems into concrete solutions that drive adoption. Additionally, you lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch and market products.

Our mission is to empower all engineers to automate workflows by creating apps fast and share them easily. Our platform enables engineers to focus on complex challenges while automating routine tasks. Customers, including enterprise leaders like KBR, Arcadis, and WSP, use VIKTOR to develop applications for advanced engineering solutions, from crane foundation designs to workability analysis.

Your profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong engineering background
Experience with Python programming is a plus
AI experience or interest is a plus
A data-driven approach to decision-making and prioritization
Experience with agile development methods and tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
