Videology Imaging Solutions, an InTest Corporation Company, is a global leader in industrial-grade camera design and manufacturing. We specialize in advanced multicore video processors, including the NXP IMX8 family and RISC-V processors, delivering high-performance, customizable imaging solutions for OEMs in medical, industrial, aerospace & defense, transportation, and traffic control sectors.

We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented National Sales Manager with a pro-active mentality to drive new business growth across the United States. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities in a competitive, technical sales environment.

This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Chasing new business: Proactively identify, target, and close new OEM and integrator accounts across diverse verticals.
  • Drive pipeline growth: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Own the sales cycle: Lead the full sales process from prospecting to closing, including discovery, solution development, quoting, and negotiation.
  • Deliver technical value: Understand customer needs and position Videology’s imaging solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure customer success.
  • Represent Videology: Attend trade shows, conferences, and customer visits to promote our brand and solutions.
  • Report and forecast: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.

 Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales, ideally in imaging, embedded systems, or electronics.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and value-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with 50%+ travel across the U.S. for customer meetings and events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 Preferred Skills

  • Experience with camera systems, embedded processors, or imaging technologies.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical products.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong CRM proficiency and disciplined sales process management.
