About the Role In this role, you’ll engage with local businesses, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to develop staffing solutions, conduct candidate interviews, and provide mentorship to jobseekers. While this role does involve outreach, it’s not about traditional sales. It’s about taking on challenges, stepping out of your comfort zone, and discovering the motivation that drives you to succeed—even when parts of the role may push you to grow.

You will:

Identify strong candidates to fill open positions
Connect with prospective clients and set up meetings
Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management to candidates after placement
Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Strategize and create plans for delivering outstanding service

You have:

At least two years of experience in a client-facing role
At least two years of experience in a role with set goals or targets (these might not always be sales goals)
A proven ability to tackle challenges creatively and resolve issues effectively

Pay: $26-$32 hourly + bonus

Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite)
