Internship Overview
We’re looking for a part-time, in-office Marketing Intern to support our growing team over a 3-month paid internship. You’ll assist with a variety of marketing and administrative tasks, gaining exposure to content creation, campaign coordination, social media, events, and internal communications. This is an ideal role for someone organized, curious, and interested in the business side of marketing in a tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Admin Support: Help manage marketing calendars, documents, task tracking, and meeting follow-ups. Keep things organized and running efficiently.
• Content Creation: Assist in drafting content for blogs, social media, and internal communications.
• Social Media: Help schedule posts, track engagement, and grow our online presence.
• Digital Marketing: Support email campaigns, website updates, and analytics reporting using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal and external events, including webinars, trade shows, and team events.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor research and contribute to performance reports.
• Creative Support (optional): Assist with light design projects using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (if experienced).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with admin work and project follow-up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media, Canva, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Interest in technology and eagerness to learn.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday–Friday (9 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
• Location: In-person at our Torrance, CA headquarters
• Compensation: Paid (details shared during the interview)
