As a Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for uncovering and understanding customer business issues and problems and finding solutions to resolve those challenges leveraging our technology platform. You will be responsible for having a deep understanding of our platforms and be able to articulate value of our tools. As a Solution Engineer, you will work collaboratively with both new logo account executives and strategic account partners within new and existing opportunities. This role required a deep understanding of our technology stack, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
\n- Works in collaboration with new logo account executives and strategic account partners within assigned geographic territories
- Leads technical discovery calls with prospects uncovering customer problems and aligning them with solutions within our platforms
- Demonstrate ValGenesis platforms with deep understanding of the functionality and the capabilities that differentiate us from competitors in the market
- Support marketing by attending conferences, and reviewing blog posts, white papers, and other marketing material
- Presenting industry related topics at industry conferences or internal and external lunch and learns.
- Create micro demos of our platforms that can be shared with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Reviews functional and system requirements within RFPs/RFIs and provides responses to those requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical science, chemistry, computer science, information technology
- 2+ years of industry experience in Quality, Validation (CSV, EQ, CQV, Cleaning)
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, CSA, risk assessment, and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing
- Proficient with sales enablement tools such as CRM, presales platforms, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive looking to tackle challenges and uncover opportunities
- Team-oriented collaborator that partners with new logo account executives and strategic account partners to strategize and close deals
- Excels at presenting comprehensive solutions and simplifying them to the audience
- Ability to lead discussions with prospects and consult as an expert as necessary
- Experience in CQV projects with a deep understanding of the C&Q process
- Industry knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements concerning CMC and CPV
- High level understanding of AI and how it can be leveraged to enhance operational efficiency
- Project management experience
- Customer support and sales experience a plus

Our hybrid schedule is 3 days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Toronto office. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration fosters creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company.
