Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical)
Location: Remote
Reports To: Director of Clinical Recruiting

 

Position Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist (Clinical) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between top clinical talent and our hiring managers—sourcing, engaging, and nurturing candidates through a variety of recruiting strategies. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care by bringing in the people who make it possible.

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, the company operates a vast network of clinics under 26 regional brands. It offers a comprehensive range of outpatient and specialized physical therapy services, including occupational therapy, to help patients lead healthier, more active lives 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Source and attract qualified therapists using diverse recruiting and sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, social media, job boards, and community outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote opportunities.
  • Organize and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and check references.
  • Maintain accurate job postings and applicant tracking system records.
  • Provide regular updates on recruiting progress to leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Support other duties as assigned.

 

What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years).
  • 1–3 years of professional experience (recruiting preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, exceed metrics and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-volume recruiting, especially in clinical or outpatient physical therapy settings.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and clinical roles.

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Office, remote, and on-site recruiting environments.
  • Standard business hours (Monday–Friday), with occasional evenings/weekends for events.
  • Up to 20% domestic travel.
  • Light to moderate physical demands (e.g., sitting, standing, occasional lifting up to 20 lbs).
