Job Description

UTA seeks a Manager, Accounts Payable who will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payments and who will build strong relationships with our vendors and internal stakeholders and contribute to our financial health and operational excellence.  This role is located in Beverly Hills, CA and will report to the Director, Accounts Payable with partnership and close collaboration with all areas of the business. 

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 commensurate with experience and skills.


What You Will Do

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the AP team
  • Optimize automation initiatives to enhance invoice processing and payment workflows
  • Ensure timely and accurate internal management reporting related to AP activities
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, accounting standards and relevant regulations
  • Responsible for oversight of ensuring accurate invoice and expense report GL coding for all entities
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all AP related payments
  • Assist with ad hoc AP related projects and initiatives

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred
  • 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a large organization with management experience preferred
  • Must be proficient with systems: Concur, Tipalti, All MS Suite, advanced Excel (V-Lookups & pivot tables), Workday and NetSuite preferred
  • Must have exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills to work well with all members of the organization
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment and lead a team
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment with ability to prioritize urgent requests
  • Must be able to efficiently extract data and generate reports
