As a well-established organization, we produce a wide range of print materials—from booklets and brochures to product packaging and signage. We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Print Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our print/production department.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee and operate in-house production print equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and supply management.
  • Collaborate with outside print vendors for equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
  • Operate specialized machinery including ImagePress C850, Pitney Bowes folder/inserter, and NeoPost mail machine.
  • Prepare print-ready files, working with bleeds, print spreads, duplexing, and color correction.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat) and partner with the creative team on annual conference materials.
  • Train and supervise the Print Coordinator Assistant.
  • Process outgoing mail daily and manage the sending of custom cards to members and field agents.
  • Fulfill material requests for agents, representatives, and advisors.
  • Manage external storage unit and company vehicle.
  • Assemble documents and packets for distribution.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all shipments and orders.
  • Perform other responsibilities and miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience operating commercial print equipment and managing print production workflows126.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications, especially InDesign and Acrobat7.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced, open office environment with significant computer and phone usage.
  • Frequent use of complex systems; speed and accuracy are essential.
  • Regular sitting, talking, and hearing; frequent use of hands, standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Typical office noise level and occasional interruptions.
  • Ability to be on-call as needed by clients, including periodic after-hours phone calls.
