Position Overview

We are seeking a Policyholder Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued policyholders. In this role, you will assist clients with their insurance policy inquiries, changes, claims, and billing questions, ensuring a positive and professional experience every step of the way. This is not a remote position—you must be able to work on-site at our office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to policyholder inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assist policyholders with policy changes, claims, billing questions, and other policy-related matters
• Maintain accurate records of policyholder interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex policyholder issues
• Provide support to agents and brokers in the field
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in insurance regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
