Your mission
As a Software/AI Engineer in our Applied Sciences team, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and practical applications. You'll be developing and optimizing LLMs, as well as building user-facing features for our suite of AI products. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions that empower UiPath users to bring their automation ideas to life.
What you'll do at UiPath
Develop and improve modern machine learning models to solve complex AI problems, with a focus on natural language processing and predictive technologies.
Working understanding of LLMs and common patterns/techniques: prompt engineering, in-context learning, RAG, etc
Build and maintain full-stack components for various AI products using Python, or C#, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Design and develop intuitive human-computer interfaces that make machine learning models accessible to all users.
Conduct regular benchmarks, perform statistical analysis, and present findings to drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and improvements to our AI platforms.
Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation practices within the team.
What you'll bring to the team
3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
Experience with full-stack development and at least one high-level programming language (C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, etc.).
Knowledge of basic data structures, algorithms, and their associated time/memory complexities.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience working as a software engineer on AI products.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and natural language processing.
Understanding of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
