- Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by capturing lessons learned and refining cost control strategies.
- Post-Contract Expertise: Navigate cost variance and change control with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who isn't just experienced; they're inspired by the challenge of complex project environments.
What we're looking for from you:
- Based in (or near) Melbourne, with full current Australian working rights.
- The ability to work with clients in integrated team environments.
- 10+ years of experience in Project Controls, ideally in energy & natural resources (including mining) or construction.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Deep knowledge of cost management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- The ability to build and lead high-performing project controls teams.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and a collaborative, team-first approach.
Be part of something bigger. Join us in shaping the future of energy and natural resources on projects that drive progress and where your impact will last for generations.
