About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Designer & Content Specialist to join our growing Creative Services team. This hybrid role blends graphic design, UX/UI development, and digital content distribution, with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, intuitive user experience, and scalable design systems. You’ll help shape how our team members engage with internal content—through compelling visuals, streamlined intranet experiences, and consistent cross-channel execution.

You’ll play a key role in evolving our corporate intranet through intuitive, brand-aligned design, while also producing high-impact visuals for internal campaigns, executive presentations, and enterprise-wide initiatives. A portion of the role will also support digital content publishing across platforms like Pardot, LumApps, and Poppulo.

You’ll work closely with the creative team, led by our VP of Creative Services and collaborate with senior leadership across Communications, Brand, and Marketing. Our team values innovation, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and we’re looking for someone who brings both creativity and initiative. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and able to translate feedback—sometimes abstract—into thoughtful, refined design solutions.

This role offers exposure to enterprise-level communications and the opportunity to help define scalable design systems, intranet UX patterns, and enterprise-wide distribution models. You’ll partner closely with graphic designers, motion designers, project managers, and communications strategists to deliver compelling, consistent, and timely digital experiences.
