• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions with a focus on high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Be into the details to review code and guide the team to the best quality solutions by example.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, solve complex challenges, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Oversee project management activities, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking progress to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
• Analyze technical challenges, provide actionable insights, and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices when working with external APIs or sensitive data.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in frontend software development and a great understanding of mobile development.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and React, with a strong desire to stay updated with the latest industry trends.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration and innovation within a team.
• Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, risk assessment, and progress tracking.
