What we are looking for:
Trusted Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to spearhead the growth and ongoing management of our Healthcare Managed Service Talent Programs. This is a new role that will support the growth of this service line from its current state to a scaled Program Office. This pivotal role will oversee all aspects of program delivery, from client onboarding and workforce solution implementation to the establishment and operation of a robust Program Office. The Program Director will be responsible for ensuring program objectives are met, client satisfaction is maximized, and operational efficiency is maintained across multiple engagements. This individual will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, capable of navigating complex healthcare staffing environments and driving successful outcomes.
Your responsibilities:
- Program Implementation Leadership
- Lead full-cycle implementation of Healthcare Managed Service Talent Programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and metrics are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage plans, risks, and communications for seamless delivery.
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, and go-live support.
- Program Office Establishment and Management
- Establish and run a centralized PMO using standardized tools and methods.
- Track KPIs, lead governance meetings, and manage program P&L and vendor relationships.
- Drive collaboration and consistency across all active programs.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client contact during implementation and transition.
- Build strategic relationships and support QBRs and account planning.
- Resolve issues proactively and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers and coordinators.
- Provide coaching, development, and resource support.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Continuous Improvement
- Standardize and improve processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Apply industry best practices and stay current with healthcare trends.
- Contribute to evolving Trusted’s Managed Service offerings.
Who you are:
- Excellent in leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional in organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
You have:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in program or project management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Managed Service talent programs (MSP), SaaS Implementations/Operations, or service related Supplier Management .
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the implementation of complex healthcare solutions.
- Proven ability to establish and manage a Program Management Office (PMO).
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and industry best practices.

The final compensation for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what Trusted reasonably anticipates for this position.
