Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in Workday and other HR systems, with a particular emphasis on Workday general HCM, business process framework, and reporting. Additionally, this candidate should demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate clearly and present information.

Responsibilities

  • Product Support & Issue Resolution

    • Triage and resolve a high volume of system requests and incidents from HR and business stakeholders.

    • Ensure quick, accurate, and customer-focused resolution of issues.

  • Technology & Process Consulting

    • Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams by recommending optimal tools and configurations.

    • Design solutions with a strong understanding of system interdependencies and downstream impacts.

  • Workday Reporting & Analytics

    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within Workday.

    • Collaborate with the People Data Analytics team to support complex data analysis and reporting needs.

  • Collaboration & Teamwork

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system requirements and process outcomes.

    • Support ongoing enhancement projects and system upgrades.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Workday Expertise

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration, support, or implementation.

    • Comfortable working in a complex HRIS landscape, navigating both technical and business-facing requirements.

  • Analytical & Technical Acumen

    • Proficient in Workday reporting tools with a keen eye for data quality and usability.

    • Capable of supporting integrations and downstream system considerations.

  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex issues for non-technical stakeholders.

    • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships across teams and departments.

  • Mindset & Work Ethic

    • Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive — eager to collaborate and jump in where needed.

    • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a “get things done” attitude.
